Start with the customer and sales channel
A marketplace seller, automotive distributor and fleet supplier can need different configurations. Define where the product will be sold, the target retail price, expected use frequency and the vehicles or cleaning tasks it should support.
This information helps the supplier balance battery capacity, accessory quantity, packaging and cost without overbuilding the set.
- Destination country and charger plug
- Target retail or wholesale price
- Primary cleaning scenarios
- Expected annual purchasing volume
Compare the complete power platform
Voltage alone does not describe the user experience. Buyers should confirm battery quantity, stated capacity, charger type, expected runtime, charging time and whether replacement batteries are available.
Ask the supplier to quote the whole set consistently. A lower tool price can become less competitive after adding the battery, charger, case and required accessories.
Review pressure claims with the full system
Pressure figures should be assessed together with flow, nozzle design, hose length and intended water source. Confirm how the quoted performance was tested and whether the selected configuration matches the approved sample.
For retail programs, clear and defensible product claims reduce returns and customer complaints.
- Operating format and test method
- Flow and nozzle options
- Hose and water intake setup
- Product and packaging claim consistency
Build an accessory set that customers understand
More accessories are not automatically better. Include the items that support the main use case and make each component easy to identify in the manual and packaging.
Typical choices include a battery, charger, hose, filter, adjustable nozzle, foam bottle, brush, connector and storage case. Final combinations depend on the selected platform.
Approve the sample and inspection standard
Use the sample to confirm appearance, function, accessory count, logo position, labels and packaging. Record the approved configuration so production and final inspection use the same reference.
Before shipment, check function, leakage, battery and charger condition, accessory quantity, carton markings and packing quality. This is more reliable than checking appearance alone.
