VONVIX PROCUREMENT GUIDE

Private Label Car Vacuum Cleaner OEM Guide

Private labeling works best when the product, accessory kit and packaging are developed as one retail offer.

Define the product position before selecting a model

Decide whether the range is intended for entry-level car care, premium cordless convenience, detailing use or a combined vacuum and air-duster offer. The product position determines which functions and accessories deserve budget.

Share the target market, price band, sales channel and estimated quantity before requesting a shortlist.

Compare function, power and filtration

Confirm whether the product is vacuum-only or combines blowing and dusting functions. Review the power source, charging method, runtime positioning, filter type and how easily the dust container can be emptied and cleaned.

Avoid relying on a single headline suction figure. Evaluate the complete product during sampling, including noise, heat, handling and accessory fit.

Create a useful accessory kit

Accessory selection should follow customer tasks such as seat gaps, dashboards, mats and small workshop surfaces. Crevice tools, brushes, extension hoses, spare filters and storage bags should fit securely and be explained clearly.

A concise and useful kit often presents better than a box filled with low-value attachments.

  • Crevice and brush tools
  • Extension or flexible hose
  • Spare or washable filter
  • Charging cable and storage solution

Lock branding before bulk production

Confirm logo size, position, color, label content, manual language, barcode and carton markings on the sample or packaging proof. Keep approved artwork files and revision numbers with the order specification.

Packaging should protect the product while communicating the real functions included in the approved configuration.

Use a repeatable quality checklist

Inspection should cover cosmetic condition, switches, charging, vacuum and blowing functions where applicable, filter and dust-bin fit, accessory count, logo quality and packaging.

For repeat orders, compare inspection results against the approved sample and previous shipment records to reduce variation.
